Konig Flight Rims
Here are some pictures of the 17x8 Konig Flight rims that I installed on my car. You can also see pictures of the painted calipers. More pictures of painting the calipers can be found here.The rims required spacers on the front, and more information about that is here.
Spacers
When I ordered these rims, I mistakenly received rims for a non-turbo/FWD, which had an offset of 40(mm), which was not enough to clear the calipers on my turbo/AWD. The rims were discontinued when I purchased them, and by the time that I realized that I received the wrong rims, there were no more rims avaialble to fit a turbo/AWD, so I decided to keep the rims that I had and use a spacer. Initially, I used a 1/4" universal spacer, which was adequate, however it was not hub-centric and quite oversized. This can be seen in the pictures above. Finally, I decided to get a better fitting spacer, so I got a pair of 5 mm hub-centric spacers from Supercar Engineering. These fit well, and were just barely enough to make the rims clears the calipers, as seen in the pictures below.
