Overall, the interior is in good condition. There are some scuff/wear marks on the front seats, the defroster vents are cracked, and the rheostat garnish is cracked. The carpet has been replaced and is in excellent condition.

Overall, the exterior is in good condition. There are several places where the clear coat is peeling, particularly on the rear wing and hatch. The paint on the lower sections of the front and rear bumper has some cracking.

Overall, the engine is in very good condition. There have been no major problems with the engine or the turbos. I performed a compression test on all cylinders and all cylinders were within spec. A new OEM shortblock was installed by a previous owner in February 2006. The EVOIII turbo kit, FMIC, and the 60k maintenance were installed by IPS Motorsports in Sept 2007. It was dyno tuned by IPS Motorsports and made 423 AWHP at 16 psi. The total for this work at IPS was over $12,000!

The drivetrain is in good condition. The transmission shifts smooth, and there have been no problems with it. There is a small transmission fluid leak at the output shaft. The car gets a lot of attention and compliments on the rims and tires.
General
I have made every attempt to describe all of the known issues with the car. In my opinion, the major items are peeling clearcoat and the transmission fluid leak. Otherwise, the car is in good condition for the age, and it runs well.
In addition to the modifications listed above, I have performed several maintenance items. I have receipts and a spreadsheet documenting all of the items that I have done (and several items from previous owners too).

I may consider selling some of these items separately from the car, so contact me if you are interested in any of them. If items are sold, they will be removed from this list. If smaller items are sold, the asking price for the car with extras will not change, but if any of the major items are sold, the asking price with extras may decrease.
